Osteria Coppa now open for lunch weekdays and dinner every night

Opened in mid-2010, Osteria Coppa has been growing steadily in popularity in San Mateo and is showcasing their success with a new lunch menu! Starting February 28, 2011, Osteria Coppa will be open from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. every weekday for lunch offering new dishes such as Rigatoni Bolognese al Forno, Parsnip Ravioli with Black Truffle, and Spaghetti with Clams and Green Garlic.

They are also adding sandwiches for lunch, such as Fresh Mozzarella, Mizuna and Balsamic Glazed Radicchio; Fennel Crusted Porchetta with Arugula and Aioli; and Tuna Confit, Celery Heart, Taggiasche Olive, and Panteleria Capers.

If that doesn't get you excited about Italian food, maybe this will: some of the newest additions to their seasonal dinner menu include:

  • A light and delicious appetizer of Mandarin Salad, with Sunchoke, Fennel, and Olives;
  • Simple yet delicious Tajarin pasta with Black Himalayan Truffles;
  • Watson Farm Lamb pizza, with Mint and Pecorino; and
  • Never forget dessert, especially when the newest offering is Blackout Cake which comes in a pool of chocolate sauce and is crowned with a scoop of ice cream.

Osteria Coppa is also now open every day for dinner. Hours: 5:30-9:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 5-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 5-9 p.m.Sundays.
