General Manager Alexandra Kent
Alexandra J. Kent, General Manager, directs the team at Osteria Coppa with the focus of providing an unsurpassed dining experience for all of our guests. As Food and Beverage Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Half Moon Bay previous to joining Osteria Coppa, she understands best-in-class service. There, she directed the main restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, and private dining.
Prior to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Half Moon Bay, Alexandra was Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Sarasota, Florida, an AAA Five Diamond Resort, where she directed the fine dining restaurant and lounge. Previously she also worked as Restaurant Manager for Longhorn Steakhouse in Florida, as well as server and bartender at The Cad’zan Lounge and Chili’s Bar and Grill earlier in her career. She graduated from Warner Southern College in Lake Wales, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management.
At Osteria Coppa, she couples her strong background in service and professionalism with a warm and engaging style, evident in the way that she greets dining guests as well as guides the front-of-the-house staff. We are delighted that she brings her extensive knowledge, experience and passion for excellent guest service to Osteria Coppa.
